He is an AI Research Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute. He is also an Affiliate Faculty Member of the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Strategy and Technology and a Senior Academic Researcher focused on Artificial Intelligence for the Oxford Centre for Technology and Development.

He completed his DPhil in Computer Science from the University of Oxford specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Art in 2024. Thomas has a background as a data engineer, empowering clients with insights into their data and how it can be operationalized for improved model performance and user satisfaction.
